PROGRAM
Some of our products get dinged and dented in shipping.
Others didn't make it through the manufacturing/packaging process perfectly and
have color imperfections or got squeezed too tightly into a box. If you
don't mind a stray color fleck of white or black, a wrinkle here or there, or
bent corners our seconds program is for you. The items are sold as is,
with no refunds at 50% off our retail price. The variety and quantity of
items in the program varies with each shipment's quality control review.

Note: "assorted" means not very many of any one color is
available as seconds.

with SECONDS in the title line. Include what item(s) you are interested
in, quantity needed and your phone number with time zone. Seconds items do
not receive the 10% volume discount. The quantity purchased, however,
counts towards the overall order quantity and may result in a 10% discount on
non-seconds items purchased in the total order. As we process these orders
outside the main website, we will contact you with exactly what is available and
manually coordinate any order that may be placed.
