TIPS FOR USING POSTCARD BACKS

1.  Avoid bulkiness along the right side of the address lines
which is the leading edge when feeding through the
     postal system.

2.  Add embellishments BEFORE sticking the postcard self
adhesive label to the photo/card front such as brads and
other items that require working them from the back of the
of the surface you are applying them to.

3.  Non-bulky embellishments can be applied to the photo/
card side such as glitter or sticky back word stones.

4.  Choose your embellishments carefully.  Sharp edges, for
instance, on the top surface of a brad other than rounded runs
the risk of being ripped off the finished card.

5.  Die cut / paper punch either the photo/card front or the
postcard back and sandwich decorative paper between the
photo and the postcard.  See starburst diecut with twine
tails which were slipped through and anchored behind the
     die cut below.

6.  Have fun with these!  Do your children use chalk to make fun pictures on the driveway?  Simply take a picture of their art and make one-of-a kind postcards for Grandma and Grandpa to use!
